When a mansion and gardens crown 45 acres of woodlands, dreams come true!  Furnished with artwork, antiques, oriental carpets, fireplaces and a grand staircase Gramercy Mansion is an ideal setting for a spectacular wedding, corporate retreat, private party or special celebration.  Just minutes from Baltimore and an hour from D.C., the secluded location is even more treasured for it's convenience!  Gramercy Mansion with its enclosed terrace (opens to our beautiful gardens in season) accommodates up to 150 seated and 250 for cocktails.  Additonal seating available with tent and chair rentals.

Food and Beverage service is provided by one of our Preferred Caterers (see below) or you can bring your own beverages as long as they are served by the caterering staff.  All rental rates below incude the use of all five public rooms, terrace, lawns and shared use of the kitchen for the caterer.  Rental includes four hours for the event, two hours for caterer set up and one hour for caterer clean up.
